Aunt Hazel
Raid your classy aunt's chocolate stash. We make our own hazelnut praline (with just a pinch of black pepper) and add it to chocolate-hazelnut ice cream with chocolate chunks. Sophisticated. Irresistible.
Brown Butter Praline
The French call it beurre noisette, noting its similarity to the aroma of freshly roasted hazelnuts. We blend it into a slow-cooked caramel and ribbon it into our sweet cream ice cream while we “make it rain” with sugar-roasted praline pecans.
Cherries and Cream
We make an old-school Philly-style mix for this sweet cream-forward treat. Simmered cherries mingle with sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest. To finish, we splash in a touch of almond extract and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Peanut butter lovers, here’s your bliss. We gently fold lavish amounts of peanut butter ganache and chocolate chunks into chocolate ice cream. Your tongue is guaranteed to stick to the roof of your mouth.
